Kick-off & Intake Stage
To ensure we're fully aligned and set up for success:

- Submission of brief and technical documentation (drawings, product portfolio, target pricing, volumes, etc.)
Phase 1: Factory Validation & Sample Development
- On-site factory audits and capability assessments
- Raw material sourcing and cost analysis
- Sample and prototype development

- Coordination of chemical testing to ensure material compliance
Phase 2: Ongoing Production & Operational Management
